General APC: USD $50 per accepted article. New submissions received while the launch campaign is active have no publication charge (USD $0). The same general rate applies to students. Submission and permanent reader access are free. Standard production is included; payment never determines the scientific decision.
The launch campaign waives the APC for new submissions received while it is active. This eligibility is retained with the submission even if the campaign ends before acceptance. Other waivers are assessed separately from scientific decisions. Previously disclosed tariffs and financial records are preserved.

One volume opens on 1 January and closes on 31 December. Each article belongs to the volume for its publication year.
